Secured Personal Information

At the moment of providing his or her personal data the User expresses his or her voluntary approval to place and process the personal data in the Company's data bases.

Company processes especially, but not exclusively, User’s name, surname, address, state, country, e-mail address, phone number, etc.  

TutorGlow will not sell or share Personal Information to third parties for marketing purposes. We will ask for consent before we use or share information for any purpose other than the reason is provided or as otherwise provided by this Privacy Statement. 

Children can only use TutorGlow services under the supervision of their parents/legal guardians. Children under the age of 13 cannot register into the Service, so we do not collect any personal information them. 

Approving of personal data processing for marketing purposes is equal to agreeing to receive from the Company, to the e-mail address or mobile phone number’s provided information about special offers, promotions and competitions, as well as about the products and services of the Company or entities it cooperates with. 

A Client is entitled to review his or her personal data, as well as to correct or remove them. In some situations the removal of personal data may be possible together with Account Deletion. 

For review, change or remove personal data Client can use settings in User Profile or contact TutorGlow.

Safekeeping of your email (username) and password is your responsibility and TutorGlow shall not be responsible for any consequences of lost/stolen username and/ or password.

SHARING AND DISCLOSING OF INFORMATION

All the information provided to TutorGlow by you, including personal information or any sensitive personal data or any other information, is voluntary. TutorGlow values your privacy and the information gathered shall be kept confidential by us. TutorGlow does not share your personal contact information with unaffiliated third parties. However, we shall use the information collected for registration, managing your account, commercial purposes, research, statistical analysis and business intelligence purposes.

If you are under age 13, a law called the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act says that we must have a parent's permission before we may collect and use your Personal Information. We will need this permission before we are able to create an account for you or provide you with any tutoring.

If your parents and/or your school pay for/subsidize any of your tutoring, we may share your Personal Information with them at their request. If you pay us for your own account, without the involvement of your parents or your school, we will not share your Personal Information with them.

If we have reason to believe that disclosing your Personal Identification is required by law, is reasonable to protect someone from possible injury, or as part of a internal or external legal investigation, we may do so.

We share your personal information with the vendors (companies) that help us process transactions, such as charging your credit card when you make purchases. Any such sharing is always done subject to a legal agreement that requires them to keep your personal information strictly confidential.

In case of payments via credit or debit card, we will redirect you to registered payment gateways. You may store and save your payment details like card numbers with the gateway; TutorGlow does not have access to this data. When you use one of our paid products, we track the web pages, and information that has been accessed by you, and store it on our servers. This enables us to track items that you have completed, and those that you need to see.

The information we collect with cookies is not sold, rented, or shared with any outside parties. We use industry best practices to keep any information collected and/or transmitted to the supported platforms or Third-party apps secure. TutorGlow does not store your cards (debit or credit card) details on its servers.

If you are a Logged-in user, it is advisable that you logout of your account at the end of every session and not leave a logged-in account unattended for any period of time, particularly if you use a shared computer or device.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent and we only use your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Your passwords are encrypted in 64 bit encryption and stored because generally users use the same password on multiple sites, to prevent any kind of theft or unauthorized access. 

Financial Informatin

If you elect to pay for tutoring sessions with a credit card, we will collect your name, credit card number, expiration date, and address information associated with the account. All financial information, other than credit card numbers, is stored and encrypted in our System in full compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. We do not store credit card numbers.

Once you have accepted the terms of the advice or service and payment has been made to TutorGlow,

• We never ask for any personal Bank information, we especially NEVER ask for a password to your bank account or to provide us with any passwords used to commit the transaction.
• All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased in Tutorglow website or in any third parties. 
• If you have doubts about the authenticity of the received email - contact us to check if the message came from us.

Consent

By using any of the services, or submitting or collecting any personal information via our services. You consent to the collection, transfer, storage disclosure and use of your personal information in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent the use of personal information in these ways, please stop using the services.
